Naming Day Garden Party
Two Day Celebration, Garden Party & Brunch, Private Home in Edinburgh
Brief- Our client asked us to create a bespoke menu for a private event in their home in Edinburgh as part of a naming day celebration to be spread over two days, an afternoon garden party and a brunch the following morning. For the garden party, the client asked our chefs to create a bespoke and unique menu which comprised of canapes, oysters, and food installation stalls which were styled and decorated to create a charming picnic style buffet and a dreamy Fairy tale themed dessert station. Alongside the food, we served a simple and elegant gin cocktail which was circulated throughout the afternoon. To keep the celebration going, the client also asked us to create a Brunch menu to be served the following morning, for guests that were staying from over-seas.
There were 50 guests in attendance for the Afternoon Garden Party, and 20 guests for brunch the following morning. The client for this event regularly chooses to work with Appetite Events and particularly adores the quality and freshness of the food we create, and the fact that we will work with the client to create a truly individual and bespoke menu, no matter what the occasion might be.
